Review all firm processes and gather feedback from relevant staff members to identify potential controls and improvements in an effort to increase efficiencies
Work with Operations Senior Manager to implement efficiency-enhancing measures
Provide support & assistance throughout various silos and workflows of the business on a day to day basis within the Operations function of:
Client and staff onboarding
Client and staff offboarding
Renewal of client engagements
Capacity Management
Review client portfolio with respect to processes in place, propose and implement adjustments to improve client experience
Build, review, maintain and analyze Business Performance metrics
Build, review & maintain standard operating procedures, firm manuals and client knowledge bases
Prepare & maintain staff training documents
Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges or disruptions in operations.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, implement new technologies in which the firm may benefit
Other ad-hoc projects on a request basis by Partners
Experience Required
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field is preferred
3 to 5 years experience working in a Operations role
An effective communicator, both written and spoken
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
The ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Proficiency using Project Management, automation and cloud accounting applications
Experience in coordinating and managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time
A professional designation relevant to the role are considered an asset (CPA, MBA etc)
Experience working in a Professional Service firm is considered an asset
